- Enquiry forms (events & membership): name, company (optional), email, phone and your message. We use these to respond to your enquiry and administer bookings — our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
- Marketing: if you tick the marketing box or join our mailing list, we use your email to send news and offers. Lawful basis: consent. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

Who processes it
Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, Inc. (our website host) and delivered to our staff email. Mailing-list data is processed by our email marketing provider. These providers act as processors under contract and hold appropriate safeguards for any transfers outside the UK.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data: up to 24 months after our last contact. Marketing data: until you unsubscribe. We then delete or anonymise it.
